To start, click the icon to select a PDF file. Once the PDF file is displayed, click the and icon to navigate to the page you want to split after it. You can also enter the page number to jump to the page directly. Click the icon to split all PDF pages to separate PDF files.

By default, Google Chrome asks for confirmation when a site tries automatically to download files in succession. You need to confirm it because more than 1 files will be saved from your browser to your downloads folder after the split finishes.
