3. System Changes
GeneralConverters.com reserves the right at any time to discontinue the system and to alter licensing terms, features, capabilities, functions, release dates, general availability or other characteristics of the system.

4. Ownership
Ownership rights and all intellectual property rights in the system and documentation shall remain the sole and exclusive property of GeneralConverters.com. You agree to abide by the copyright law and all other applicable laws of the United States. You acknowledge that the system contains valuable confidential information of GeneralConverters.com; therefore, you agree not to modify the system, create derivative works of, or attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the system or assist or encourage any third party in doing so.

5. Use of Site and Services
You agree not to access or attempt to access the Services by any means other than the interface provided by GeneralConverters.com. All access to and use of this site via mechanical, programmatic, robotic, scripted or any other automated means is strictly prohibited. Any access or use that degrades site performance beyond reasonable and customary impact from a single human user is expressly prohibited.

You agree that you will not share your member access key or username and/or password ("login credentials") with any individual or entity which would allow that person or entity to access or view the site, and that such login credentials sharing is grounds for immediate revocation and termination of site access, and all existing privileges with complete forfeiture of any and all subscription(s) and access right(s), in the broadest possible sense.

Unauthorized copy or redistribution of any material, including access keys, generated PDF documents, made accessible or provided to GeneralConverters.com members in any form is strictly prohibited. All membership fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you would like to cancel the subscription, you need to follow the instructions provided in the PayPal subscription receipt. GeneralConverters.com's staff does not have access to your PayPal account. GeneralConverters.com uses the member access key to identify a member. A member may not share the access key with anyone else. Without GeneralConverters.com's permission, you may not post the generated documents and teaching materials on any web sites, including social media sites.
